Who processes your data

What data we collect and why

We only collect data when you give it to us so that we can contact you. That is the only purpose: to answer your enquiry and follow up commercially.

• Name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, company and the message you write.
• The legal basis is your consent, given when you send us the message, plus our legitimate interest in replying to you.
• We do not buy lists, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for commercial purposes.

Where it is stored

Contact details are stored in our CRM, which runs on Alion24. This website is also hosted on the Alion24 platform, and its design files are served from Cloudflare. Both are our providers and process the data on our behalf.

Since we operate in several countries, your data may be processed outside your own. When that happens, it is done with the safeguards required by the data protection rules that apply to you.

How long we keep it

If we never end up working together, we keep your data for [PENDIENTE: period, proposed 24 months] from the last contact and then delete it. If you become a client, we keep it for the length of the relationship and afterwards for as long as your country's accounting and tax obligations require.

Cookies and measurement

We do not use advertising cookies or social media pixels. We also have no analytics installed at this time. There are technical cookies set by the Alion24 platform so the site works and to remember your session; they are not used to profile you.

The site's fonts are hosted on our own server on purpose, and are not loaded from an external service: that way your IP address does not travel to a third party just because you read this page. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page before switching it on.

Your rights

At any time you may ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, take it to another provider, or object to our using it. If you live in the European Union and believe we mishandle your data, you may complain to your country's data protection authority. In Latin America, to the equivalent body where you reside.
